We are hiring HR AI-Strategist @ Kiework, someone who is fluent in HR ( 5+ years of total experience) and is excited to use AI to make work easier and smarter.
In this role, you will help improve hiring, employee experience, and HR processes by using modern tools and simple, practical ideas.
We are looking for a person who enjoys learning new technology, thinking strategically, and helping teams grow through better and more efficient HR practices.

What you’ll do:

• Work across core HR areas like hiring, performance, engagement, and HR operations.

• Explore and use AI tools to simplify HR tasks and improve productivity.

• Help design smarter workflows and automate repetitive HR processes.

• Support leadership with people insights and data-driven decisions.

• Bring new ideas to improve employee experience and workplace culture.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong understanding of HR modules and real-world HR practices.

• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in building AI-driven solutions.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• A mindset focused on learning, innovation, and practical problem-solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field

• SEO certification is a plus (Google, HubSpot, etc.)

Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

Convert UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) into pixel-perfect web pages

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
